The C Club is the Calvangi´s Rewards Program. If you are not yet part of our C Club, you are missing out! The C Members earn points for every purchase and other actions. Then you can redeem those points for benefits, as discounts, special gifts, exclusive access to launches and much more!

Before a purchase, remember to create your account: you can only earn points for orders placed after the account has been created.

And when you become Silver or Pink Member, you get to earn more points.

Silver C Member:

• €1 spent: 2 pts
• On your Birthday: 100 pts
• Every 3er Order: 600 extra pts

Pink C Member:

• €1 spent: 3 pts
• On your Birthday: 150 pts
• Every 3er Order: 900 extra pts

Our rewards tiers are based on a 12 month spend. The timer is activated once a tier is entered. 

• LEVEL 1, WHITE C MEMBER: 1 to 799 pts.
• LEVEL 2,  SILVER C MEMBER: 800 to 1999 pts.
• LEVEL 3, PINK C MEMBER : form 2000 pts.

Users are unable to earn points on purchases made prior to joining the C Club. If you alreade have an account, login before purchase, so you can start earning pts.

All points earned from a purchase, including bonus points, will be deducted from your account when products are returned. It is possible your account could have a negative balance, and also your member level changes.

The same happens if the order is partially or totally cancelled.

We encourage you to redeem your points often, so that you get to experience the full benefits of the C Club. The points will expire within 12 months of inactivity: so that means you loose the points within a 12 month period.

The points will automatically adjust in your account within minutes of placing an order.  Remember that points can only be earned for a purchases made under your account.

First log into your account, and below “My Levels“, you can find “Redeem Points” section. There you can view all of the available rewards to redeem.

You can redeem your points here, or during the checkout. Please see below steps:

1. Make sure you are logged into your account

2. Add items to cart and proceed to check out

3. On the checkout page, you can view your order on the right side. And on the top of the page, will be your points avalible to be redeem

4. After click on the button,  a pop up window of rewards will be display with the benefits to redeem,

If you decide not to purchase, you can save the discount code for next time, it does not expire for 1 year.

Unfortunately, Rewards may not be returned or exchanged for points or cash, for another product, gift card, or e-gift certificate.

Benefits and all other promotional items are shipped with merchandise orders only. If part of your order is cancelled, the benefits and other promotional items in your order will ship with the rest of your merchandise order. If your entire order is cancelled, the benefits and other promotional items will not ship because a product purchase is required.

If you notice that your rewards code has disappeared, not to worry, you can still access this via your account. Simply log in to your account  and scroll down to My Rewards, and click in “Coupons”: there you can see all the benefits already redeemed to use on your next purchase.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the Calvagni Loyalty Program (the “Program”), managed through the WPLoyalty platform. By participating in the Program, customers expressly accept these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The Program is available to customers aged 18 or older with a valid account in Calvagni’s online store. Calvagni reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. Registration

Participation in the Program is free of charge. By creating an account in the Calvagni store, the customer is automatically enrolled in the Program.

4. Earning Points

• Points are earned through purchases made on Calvagni’s official website.
• The number of points awarded per purchase will be indicated on the Program page and may vary depending on ongoing promotions.
• Points have no monetary value and are non-transferable between accounts.

5. Redeeming Points

• Accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts, benefits, or other rewards as published on Calvagni’s online store.
• Redemption value and conditions may vary and will be communicated on the Program page.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Limitations and Expiry

• Calvagni reserves the right to deduct points credited by error or through fraudulent activity.
• Accumulated points will be valid for 12 months from the date of credit, unless otherwise stated.
• If the customer’s account remains inactive for more than 12 months, accumulated points may expire.

7. Termination of Participation

Customers may unsubscribe from the Program at any time by contacting Calvagni. In the event of account closure, all accumulated points will be automatically forfeited.

8. Changes and Termination

Calvagni reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time. In such cases, prior notice will be given to customers via the official website.

9. Liability

Calvagni shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from the suspension, modification, or termination of the Program.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any consumer rights under applicable local legislation.
