1. Where can I buy Calvagni?

Find all our products online. At the moment our brand is shipping to Europe, USA and to Uruguay.

2. What size should I buy?

We develop a special chart with sizes recommended for each body type. Search in your favorite product the measures which best fits you.

3. Where is my order?

Once your order has left our facilities you will receive an email to inform you that your item has been shipped and it will provide you the information of your tracking number.

4. My package is missing, can you help?

5. I want to return my product. How do I proceed?

Don´t worry. You can change and/or return your order:

  • Europe: within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of your order.
  • International: within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) calendar days from the receipt of your order, outside Europe. The customer must send the item/s purchased, using the courier system of their choice. If applicable, be aware that the value of the re-entry of the label product + customs fees may be deducted. 6. If I want to change sizes or colors, how do I proceed?

Yes! You can make a change of size or color for each order placed for free. To do this, follow the instructions here.

7. Can I extend or change my order once confirmed?

Contact us and we will do our best! You can change your order during the first 30 minutes after your purchase. We can not guarantee exchanges after that time, as the order will be already being prepared. Anyways contact us for help.

7. Can you help with a damaged product?

You are entitled to reimbursement of the value of the defective or delivered product that does not match the order you placed.
In this case, the return of the product must be done by you in accordance with the established procedure, and you will not be responsible for the costs of returning the products.

The products have the legal guarantee, and to use it, it´s essential to keep the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products.
You can return the defective product for six (6) monthes.

8. What payment options do you accept?
