PURCHASE CONDITIONS.

Users must read the general terms and conditions of purchase available on this website, being the owner of the site exonerated from liability for ignorance of them by the user.

The user must accept these particular conditions in order to purchase the products.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The descriptions of the products offered on the website are based on the information and documentation provided by the suppliers.

The photographs, graphic or iconographic representations and videos related to the products, as well as trade names, trademarks or any type of distinctive signs incorporated in the website are intended to provide the most indicative information possible.

If, due to force majeure circumstances, the product is not available after the purchase is made, the user will be informed of the total or partial cancellation of the order by email. Partial cancellation does not entitle the cancellation of the entire order, without prejudice to the exercise of the right of withdrawal that corresponds to the user in accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions.

PRODUCT PRICES

The prices of the products offered through the web include any other applicable taxes and are subject to VAT. For purchases made from Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, prices are net. Prices are subject to change at any time. Prices do not include shipping costs of the products. These costs are detailed in the payment process and must be accepted by the user at the time of order.

The company reserves the right to change prices at any time. The products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time of registration of the order.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND RATIFICATION OF ORDERS

The purchase of products through the website is made following the procedure established in the “buy” section.

An email will be sent acknowledgement of receipt and confirmation of purchase to the user, within 1 hour of receiving the validation of the order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted, as it constitutes an offer you make to us to purchase one or more products. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which will be informed via email confirming that the product has been shipped (the “Confirmation of Shipment”). The contract for the purchase of a product between you and us (the “Agreement”) will be officially formalized only when we send the Confirmation of Shipment.

Only the products listed on the Shipping Confirmation will be the subject of the Contract. We will not be obliged to provide you with any products that have been ordered until we confirm the shipment of the product in a Shipping Confirmation.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT THROUGH THE WEBSITE

Orders are handled on a first come, first served basis and shipments are made daily.


PAYMENT METHODS

The accepted payment methods are:

  • You can pay in 3 instalments through Klarna. Available for: Spain, Portugal, France,Italy, Netherlands, UK, Greece, Denmark, Irland, Romania, Poland & Czech Republic.

You will be redirected to the payment system in question, where you must provide all the necessary information to be able to make the payment. At the moment the “Confirm purchase” button is pressed, the Contract will be confirmed for all purposes.

Once the purchase is confirmed, the order cannot be modified or canceled outside of the cases provided for in the Law or in these General Terms and Conditions of Contract.

The payment of the shipping costs and the price of the products purchased through the website is made once you receive a confirmation email and receipt of the purchase.

The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted (depending on the system used) and ensures that it is only intelligible to the client’s computer and the website. CANCELLATION AND EXTENSION OF ORDERS

You can cancel or extend accepted and confirmed orders when you have not yet received the “Shipping Confirmation” email, typically within 30 minutes.

In any case, the acceptance of the General Conditions will be a necessary and preliminary step for the acquisition of any product through the website.

COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE OWNER AND THE USER

All communications between the company and the user with respect to these General Conditions or the acquisition of products through the web, will be made in writing through the contact section. The user, after the purchase might receive an email with an invitation to review the order.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute or disagreement arising from the purchase of products through the website and/or these General Conditions and for the resolution of any conflict, the parties agree to present, at their own discretion, and waiving any other jurisdiction to which they are entitled, to the courts and tribunals of the city corresponding to the user’s address.
