* Delivery times valid for orders placed before 12:00 a.m. Monday to Friday. For orders placed between Thursday 12:01 pm and Friday 12:01 pm, will be shipped on Friday with delivery starting on Monday. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:01 pm will be shipped the following Monday.

Orders placed during peak Seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, Sales, etc.) may experience longer delivery times than usual due to increased workload for logistics operators. We recommend taking this into consideration and making your purchases in advance.


2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For UK orders, tax & duty are included.

If your order is addressed to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to pay fees, taxes or other charges due to local or customs laws. CALVAGNI takes care of the shipment but not of the possible local expenses.
The buyer will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the product.
For customs reasons, the order may also be delayed.


3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish, you can change and/or return your order within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of your order for Europe, and 20 (twenty) calendar days for International outside the EU.

CHANGES IN EUROPE

You can make a change of size or color for each order placed for free. To do this, follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill out this form, mentioning your order number, indicating that you want to make a change to your order.
  2. We will go through your shipping address to take your updated order and take the one you return to us.

INTERNATIONAL CHANGES (CANARY ISLANDS & OUTSIDE EUROPE)

For exchanges or returns outside the EU, the customer must send the item/s purchased, using the courier system of their choice. If applicable, be aware that the value of the re-entry of the label product, customs fees may be deducted. Start the process filling out this form.

RETURNS

A) Right of Withdrawal

The user has a maximum of thirty (30) working days for Europe, and twenty (20) calendar days for International outside the EU, from the date of delivery, totally or partially, return the products purchased, in accordance with the applicable legislation following the procedure established in these general conditions of purchase.

The user shall not have the right to withdraw in the cases established in the applicable regulations.

In case of returning a product, the following requirements must be met: the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. You must use the packaging provided or the one that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition. The provided return form must be included with the products delivered within the package.

Personalized products do not allow changes or returns, as well as underwear, regulated in arts. 102 and 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

B) Money refund to user

Provided that the user has followed the procedure to withdraw the purchase or cancel it, and the requirements set forth in these General Conditions have been met, the price paid by the user corresponding to the returned products will be refunded.

The user shall not be entitled to reimbursement of the price of returned products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered, if the established procedure has not been followed or if the requirements set forth in these General Conditions have not been met.

Partial returns of an order will result in partial refunds of the price.

The company will administer the money back order through the same payment system used by the user to purchase the products, within forty-eight (48) hours from the confirmation of arrival at the store of the returned order. The application of the price refund on the user’s account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The period of application of the price refund will be up to seven (7) calendar days for debit cards and up to thirty (30) calendar days for credit cards.

C) Return of defective products

The user is entitled to reimbursement of the price of defective products or products delivered that do not correspond to the order placed by the user.

In these cases, the return to the owner of the products must be carried out by the user in accordance with the established procedure, although the user will not be responsible for the costs of returning the products.

Provided that the user has followed the established procedure and the requirements set forth in these General Conditions have been met, the price corresponding to the returned products that are defective or do not correspond to the order of the products placed by the user will be reimbursed, in accordance with the provisions of the previous section.

The products have the legal guarantee of lack of conformity manifested within a period of 2 months from the date of delivery and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.

To use the warranty, it is essential to keep the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products.

The user can return the defective product within a period of 2 months from the date of delivery.

CANCELLATION AND EXTENSION OF ORDERS

You can cancel or extend accepted and confirmed orders when you have not yet received the “Shipping Confirmation” email, typically within 30 minutes.

4. SHIPPING COUNTRIES

We ship to Europe, UK, US and to Uruguay. If you have problems to buy, contact us here.  We’ll figure out a way to send it to you!

5. CAN I EXTEND OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE CONFIRMED?

Write us and we will do our best! There is the possibility to change your order during the first 30 minutes after your purchase, after that time it goes into preparation and we can no longer guarantee it (but we can try, contact us!). To do this, you must send an email to us and we will make the changes you indicate.

6. TRACKING MY ORDER

Once your order has left our facilities you will receive an email to inform you that your to inform you that your item has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number and link.

7. CUSTOMS COSTS AND IMPORT DUTIES

If you are within the European Union your purchases are free of customs costs and import taxes, except:

  • Canary Islands: Purchases made from Canary Islands are subject to tax, which varies according to the value of the goods. Therefore, when the product arrives at the customs, the authorities Canary Islands will contact you by phone to inform you of the exact price to pay.
  • Ceuta and Melilla: Purchases made from Ceuta and Melilla are subject to payment of IPSI, which varies depending on the value of the merchandise. Therefore, when the product arrives, the local authorities will contact you by telephone to inform you of the exact price to be paid.

For the rest of the world:

For UK orders, tax & duty are included.

For the rest, please note, the total order amount does not include local sales tax/VAT. In certain locations, if the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit, an import tax/customs fee may be applied upon delivery. Calvagni does not compensate for these additional charges.
